These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 33333x platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By using the 33333x website, mobile application or any related service, you agree to comply with all the terms described below.

33333x is a trusted and secure online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to read these Terms in full before using our services.

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must reside in a country or region where online betting is not prohibited by law.
• Each individual may open only one account.
• You must play in your own name and for yourself — managing an account on behalf of a third party is not allowed.
• Users whose accounts have been suspended or banned may not register again.

When registering with 33333x you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed and any pending winnings may be cancelled.

2.1 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

• Transferring or selling your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

33333x reserves the right to verify your identity before any deposit or withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted, account activity may be restricted. We may request the following documents:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement (no more than 3 months old).
• Proof of ownership of your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank account).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each method.
• Deposited funds must come from your own payment method only.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at 33333x. Each promotion may also have its own additional terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳6,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳11,000.
• Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount 15 times (wagering 15x).
• The welcome bonus applies once per member and per household.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn until specific conditions are met.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified time will expire.
• If misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is proven, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• 33333x reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.

The following rules apply to cricket betting, slots, live casino and other games on 33333x.

5.1 Betting Limits and Odds

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each market and are displayed on the platform.
• Odds may change — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• 33333x reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.

5.2 Match Cancellation and Results

• If an event is cancelled, staked bet amounts are generally refunded.
• If a match is unresolved or does not finish in regular time, separate rules apply.
• Betting markets are settled based on official results.
• In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of 33333x will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the system.
• Placing bets using insider information.

The 33333x VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier based on your regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week. Newly joined active members start at this tier.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week. Members can move up from Bronze through regular play.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week. Exclusive offers with the highest level of benefits apply.

• Cashback amounts are calculated according to the applicable rules.
• If fraudulent activity is proven, cashback and VIP benefits will be cancelled immediately.
• 33333x may change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

33333x makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 33333x is not responsible for the following:

• Service disruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Losses caused by problems with third-party systems (game providers, payment processors).
• Losses arising from unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions).
• Account losses caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Consequences of decisions made based on incorrect information displayed due to a technical error.

7.1 Service Availability

33333x reserves the right to temporarily suspend services without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades or other reasons. We aim to provide 24-hour service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

All content on the 33333x platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 33333x or the relevant licensor.

• Copying, distributing or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
• The 33333x brand name and logo may not be used for personal or commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineering of the platform's software is prohibited.

33333x reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms — in particular fraud, false information or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of false documents.
• Inappropriate behaviour or harassment towards other players.
• Attempts to exploit vulnerabilities in the system.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled and the available balance (subject to applicable conditions) will be returned.

33333x believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• If you notice signs of gambling addiction, take a break immediately and contact our support team.
• Use the option to voluntarily restrict your account for a period of time.
• We provide the option to set weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Access to the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited — in practice the minimum age is 21.

11.3 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The agreement as a whole will not be considered void.
